Ruisrock -09!!!

Yesterday we met friends and friend´s of friends and cousins´ cousins and cousins´ cousins´ friends and cousins´ friends and cousins´ friends´ friends and umm.. some other guys.

So I could describe that day as bit of a social day. We didn't have really time to go listen to any artist actually. But today!!! Apulanta, The Crash (last gig), Amorphis and Volbeat

The last one was just amazing. I went to the stage a hour before the gig, just to get good position. I ended to front row. And there were, umm over 10 thousand people...
I was just glad that I did not break my camera in there. There was 2 wall of deaths, or as Michael Poulsen, the singer & guitarist of Volbeat said, Wall of Love. I was just in the middle of all that. I even saved some yound lady from being crushed. She fell down in a middle of a pit, I just had to drag her out.

And it was amazing how the band caught the crowd. Michael said jump. All 10 thousand folks jumped. At the same time. Viking line went past, like 50 meters off the shore, singer made the whole audience to wave to the ship.

Result:
few pounds of dirt in my shoes.
approx. same amount in my lungs.
camera in pretty good contition (few more scratches though)
leaving to Helsinki in around midnight.

But one hell of a gig!
