A touch chaotic

A great day. I’d packed a number of jobs to prepare, before I start on the next piece of quilting. Having done those I got out the material that I bought in Japan in 2019 when we were on  holiday. 

They are random pieces of material, not a kit or anything like that. Even the pattern is just what you see on the paper, no actual measurements. I must be mad …..but it will be interesting to see how I get on.

Olive was over for the day as R is working away. After we took her home at teatime we headed down to the chippie to buy dinner for us and S. 

It rained all afternoon, very different to the South where they have had sunshine +++
