Retro cake

One of my colleagues likes to bring samples of his baking to the office. A couple of weeks ago it was clafoutis, today we went back to the 60s (or even 50s?) with a pineapple upside down cake. Unfortunately, I didn’t get there quickly enough for the complete picture!
