Lough Leane, Killarney

We've spent today across in Killarney and thoroughly enjoyed exploring a bit of the town and the adjoining Killarney National Park ...

... we walked from St. Mary's Cathedral (see 1st extra) over to Ross Castle, which sits on the edge of Lough Leane: the main snap shows the view from the foot of the Castle, looking out over the Lough, towards the MacGillycuddy Reeks range :-)

2nd extra is of the Government Buildings in Killarney which, like Killorglin yesterday, were hosting an exhibition - this one centred on an interpretation of various, surviving letters of Liam Lynch ... such a thoroughly good idea to use Council-buildings to host/display free exhibition materials, which are open to the public.
