Outdoor fun

I met some friends at the picnic park this morning for a catch up.  Their youngest is 14. The park had a lot of equipment out, hammock, den building stuff . Linc was in his element.  We ended up building a extension for him and made it bigger. 

My shoulder isn't as painful today but it's still not right. And I am finding I'm grumpy and tired. It needs to feel better for tomorrow.  I haven't run since Monday.  And I need to get out. 

The wildlings have cheerleading later .
