This evening I went to see if I could find out who owned the car preventing us from getting gas connected to the new house.

I knocked on a few neighbours' houses, but no one answered. Fortunately, a different neighbour happened to be passing by. I asked him who owned the car and he told me.

As I had knocked on their door already, I put a note through their letterbox, so hopefully they will move the car in time.
