Lamp

The street was damp, but no boats this morning. The day was almost dry; the weather system which had been forecast to rain all day stayed just south of the city, so we had overcast and 16C. 

Meeting at the Portrait Gallery. Civtech seems like it will gradually be busier once the next session gets started. 

Walked later to Inverleith; two adult swans, and two tufted ducklings which though still fuzzy are getting bigger. I'd need much better camera glass to photograph dark ducklings at a distance. Lots of sleepy mallards at the north pond edge.
