Nature's Abstract

Took the boat our for some more time on the new engine  (and gas and ice cream)  and hoped to see some cormorants on this cliff on Galiano Island  a bit north off us, where they supposedly breed.    Couldn’t see any.  Just guano.   But what a great collection of abstract photos I have now to use.     We can see this cliff from our place.  The cormorants ( i think they are pelagic) were nearby on a small islet.   It's amazing to see plants grow out of that rock.
