Los Angeles

Waiting at Los Angeles International Airport. We were stuck there because our flight was cancelled due to an accident in San Fransisco. Because of the circumstances we did not get any compensation and all the hotels were full, so we had to sleep at the airport. It was icy cold and we didn't have any clothes. In the morning our new flight was cancelled again, this time because of plane failure. We didn't even get an apology after a 12 hour delay.
When arriving in SD at least our luggage was there but it was locked without nobody available to unlock. That ment another half hour wait. We were rather upset with United.
