Rhubarb Rhubarb

Before the rain started Mr PC picked the rhubarb all six kilos of it.
Two Rhubarb shortcake tarts, one Rhubarb and orange cake and three and a half pots of jam, that left over four kilos to freeze.
We are both feeling a bit under the weather tonight sore throats headache and runny noses.( negative covid test).
