So much rain!

Here in Canada where we are visiting, it's been raining ALL day! The remnants of Hurricane Beryl and all the tropical moisture that comes with it, is passing over us. We couldn't really venture outside today, but I stood on the covered breezeway and took this photo of some very wet day lilies in the yard. 

Because of the weather, I spent some time today looking back at older blips I'd published. I've been a member here since December 2009, but after 7 years of daily posting, I often took breaks and didn't post for months at a time. I am very glad to have returned to this creative habit and hope to continue! I really enjoyed my time today searching tags & also randomly choosing older entries. What a lot of memories written with photos included for illustration... 2,546 blips and counting.  ;0)
