Walk

The rain dried up slightly so got yesterday’s walk in today.
Walked through old haunts in North Middleton. Peeked in the window of the school and saw my desk of five years, how strange ten years later to revisit.
Down to Borthwick Kirk, where I got married almost exactly 25 years ago to the day. Over the river and then we got a bit lost in the undergrowth and ended up further down the A7 than we intended. Dogs tiring
Us tiring and soaked with the long grass so glad of the cuppa tea when we got back.
Home to another returnee, H back from his all
Inclusive posh Tenerife resort, happy boy and happier mum to have him home.
Meanwhile F back off on his travels to Goodwood.
I have forgotten what it’s like to cook tea.
Watched the England game and sad to see the Dutch team out as they seemed to having the best ol’time.Bye bye Team Orange
