Keiran's Hom

A dull and windy day, rained on and off all day, mostly on, much the same tonight.  Perfect timing for my day off.

Up early, washing in the tumble dryer.  Headed out walkies with Sammy, popped by Madeline's to dry off.  A bit of cleaning, then headed down to Laura's to meet up with the family.  We headed out for lunch.  Back to Laura's, Kitty was a right scamp, climbing over me.  I managed another walk before tea, didn't get too wet.  Working in the shop this evening, a busy night, even with the poor weather.  Feet up now. 

First cousin, Keiran (Jackson), aunt Carol's son (mam's sister), has been travelling about Scotland seeing friends, finally making his way home to Shetland.  I say home, although he's never actually lived in Shetland, but it's in the blood.  A great day catching up with him, I've not seen him since I was in Australia 8 years ago.  We headed out for lunch with the family to the Warp and Weft café.  L-R - Isaiah, Keiran, Jonny, Mam, Alex and Lena.  Taken in a lane, Hoswick.
