Sir David Stirling - and a Red Kite.

This morning we packed a bit of a picnic and headed for the Sir David Stirling memorial . 
While we were there we spotted a Red Kite wheeling around the trees to the south. Not the best but the best I got today!
Despite the gloomy forecast of rain, rain and more rain, we actually got a fairly decent day, quite mild, not windy and - no rain!
