Mac & Cheese

When you need to do a batch of freezer food for Yoda and you’re home alone for dinner, it’s a good excuse to have mac and cheese.

Good news today - Thursday’s parking ticket has been cancelled, “as a courtesy”, but with a warning that this wouldn’t happen again. It turns out I had picked the machine on the wrong side of the street.
