Five portions of the curry are now in the freezer, and there's enough sauce to have with some fish this evening. The photo was taken at the beginning of the process.

I walked to the allotment, not to water because that's obviously not necessary, but to cut a lettuce and pick the mangetout. There were so many that I offered the lion's share to an allotment neighbour, I'll be picking more tomorrow!

I received an email that seemed to be from a friend. He wanted me to buy a an Apple gift card as he was unable to, mail it to someone and then he'd reimburse me..... to be honest I didn't immediately think SCAM, just thought it was a really strange request, texted him rather than email which is when he said his email had been hacked. Hmmm! You've got to have your wits about you, and I'm not sure my wits are up to it!
