Raining

The weather was a bit grey first thing and I didn't have the car as OH was playing golf.  His car has a problem and not booked into the garage until next week so we are down to one set of wheels!!

I took myself off for a walk armed with a bag and decided to visit the PYO cherry farm.  Sadly the rain has split lots of the fruit but I still managed to pick (and eat) a decent amount.  Home to stone and prepare for jam making but the recipe said to leave overnight to allow the syrup to soak into the cherries?  No.2 was visiting as he had a dentist appointment and as ever, it was a quick visit.  He dropped off some wood which I will take to the tip later this week and collected his new plant and the microwave (but messaged later to say it was too big for the space in his studio).

Thinking about No.1 who is having a very wet few days in Norfolk - just hope she gets some sunshine?
