I’m a donut !

Yet again !!
Late on the road yesterday and had to call into supermarket for supper.
Watched the football and forgot to post my blip.
At last a decent game, and was pleased with result.
Half time snack for L & myself (one for later) with a cuppa.
Maybe it was the sugar rush that made me forget to post.
No I was tired and this shoulder is not improving.
Still waiting for physio appointment !
