An accidental tourist

I left Andy and his mates assessing/supervising the DoE students and decided to go to somewhere I've never been before, Hill Top, the home of Beatrix Potter in Near Sawrey.  The house was quite nice (full of tourists) and I'm becoming more interested in her social outlook and conservation ideas, but I must admit I find the books slightly disturbing and the weird.
