Bouncing Back

Woke up feeling a bit unwell so did a Covid test because Rebecca came down with it on Monday and l was in close proximity to her all day Saturday.
She is feeling quite rough at the moment.
Believe this FLiRT strain mimics hayfever so l am guessing it’s my hayfever that’s making me feel under par because the test was negative.
Hope so because l am away with my ballet friends this weekend and have been really looking forward to it.
Nevertheless l called at the chemist on the way home from my shift at YorkGate and bought two more test kits.

It tried to rain while l was at YorkGate but the warm breeze seemed to blow it away and it remained dull but dry.
The gardens have taken a bit of a battering after yesterday’s rain but l expect they will soon bounce back.
The house in the photograph is the house that Sybil Spencer ( the creator of the garden) originally lived in. Now it’s an office and gift shop on the ground floor and one of the gardeners lives in the flat above.
Picked up a free plant, a Cimicicfuga( Achaea) which professes to grow to a metre high in the shade. Have just the place to put it in my garden.
Didn’t think l would feel up to dance tonight but l do so will miss a lot of the football.
