Gertrude Jekyll

A lovely, sunny day. Had a busy morning dropping off a present, bags to the charity shop then taking things to the dump.
When I got back I did an hours gardening. 
My Gertrude Jekyll rose is finally coming into full bloom with a lovely scent. 
It was too nice to spend the afternoon in bed particularly as the forecast is dire so I sat and dozed with my book in the garden.
First of two night shifts before some annual leave.
