Today Dame Carol Black received her honour at Windsor Castle. She immediately preceded Dame ShirleyBassey, so if you catch the very beginning of the tv clip of Shirley, you see Dame Carol walking away.

I’m very much hoping to see an official photo, but the press coverage was just of Shirley Bassey, a cricketer and a chef.
