Dark Green Fritillary

I got a bit carried away with all the excitement of my find yesterday that I forgot about my original quest.

I therefore give you today, a dark green fritillary, Speyeria aglaja, on a field scabious, Knautia arvensis.  It has a little bit of wing damage but I am happy just to record its continued presence at this site.  I saw 4 individuals.
