What difference a day makes from yesterday with all the windows open and washing on the whirligig to today with putting the heater on in the livingroom for a wee while tonight.

20 mins to find the hot water bottle now being cuddled.

Restless legs at night but sometimes shows signs early with constant changing of feet one top the other.
