Sunshade

No, this is not a giant sunshade. Actually, the layer up there is so thin that sunlight passes it.
One of the local petrol stations is going to offer more than only petrol, diesel and liquid gas. (They already sell quite a lot of other things, somehow they have to earn money.)
They are building a charging station too, partially fed by direct sunlight. Hence the large set of collectors.
There are still way too few charging stations, so this will help.
Whether electric vehicles are the way to go forward is another topic, I am not sure about that.
