Another rainbow

Took the dogs up Calton hill this morning and they had a great time, managed to avoid the showers first thing but it was close by the looks of things as there was a rainbow while I was working Darwin. Finished work early to get back in time for my one to one session with the mistress of pain. J was there for a massage beforehand and then headed over to see a friend in Livingstone. Session went well but harder work than Monday. It was 8.30 by the time I’d got back fed and walked the dogs and had dinner. Quiet night in after that and binge watched the first 3 episodes of the new Star Wars series on Disney +.
