Tuesday

Asleep around 2am and woke for the day at 5am. I got a text from Lewis around 5.15am, with them being in Egypt they are 2hrs ahead. He was replying to my text and we started talking,  he sent me a photo of a bracelet he bought that represents his name in Arabic.  I love that he is thinking of me on holiday. 

Went a walk and coffee with a friend, notnthe best of mornings , I was already feeling low and it's made it worse. 
This afternoon I couldn't settle, was feeling agitated and angry and upset. Went for a walk in the rain. Even this baby starling(?) was sheltering from the constant rain.  
I don't know where tonight is going to go , feeling all mixed up.
