One tiny cloud

What a change in the weather! Perfect for a trip to the East Side. It was only 15° but there was hardly any breeze and it was warm! No coat, hat or gloves required, although waterproofs were in the car! 

I was in my shorts (long ones!) and I wasn't the only one. Several friendly visitors, some from as far away as Devon, on the beach with friendly dogs too. Good to see them experiencing a warm sunny day for a change. They can say they have seen Orkney at its best. Although, dramatic winter weather is pretty exciting too!

We sat for a wee rest before walking back along the beach and Lottie was loving it so much she wanted to stay! See extra. No cliffs, and no sheep or rabbits, so she was mostly off her lead, having a great time.   Fingers crossed for more decent weather. I feel we, and the garden, deserve it!
