Tea for One

This morning Mrs W had her second cataract operation which gave me three or four hours to kill, so as it was a nice day I decided to visit Ferry Meadows (Peterborough) which is only ten minutes’ drive from the Fitzwilliam Hospital.

I took a steady plod (about a mile and a half) around the main footpath stopping for a cup of tea at the Lakeside Cafe.  Very pleasant in the good weather, and very dog friendly as you can see from the extra.  We have taken Biskit there in past years.

Took loads of photos, mostly different aspects of views across the lake, and if you have a mind some are here on Flickr.  I’m a bit late uploading as I have only just got them published.

Fingers crossed Mrs W is doing fine.  She can see the same colours in both eyes now.  It will be a few weeks before things settle down.

Now to find something tiny to blip for Tuesday.
