Barefoot shoes

This could be a picture of my feet, but it is a picture of the barefoot shoes that I ordered. They arrived yesterday and I am wearing them all the time, not at night, though.
As it happened, yesterday was the day of the pedicurist, and we talked of these new shoes. Unlike some foot specialists she is all for these barefoot shoes. They cured her six year old grandson's 'growing pain' in feet.
My immediate reaction was that it felt like blood started circulating, and my feet felt warm.
They are very comfortable slippers at home.
