Annoying

Dropped off my laptop with IT on Thursday so they could wipe it and reconfigure for the new network (and building). Came in today and it didn’t work. Spend all day trying to work off my phone. Got the machine back at the end of the day…it’s now worse than ever. 
Hong Kong are going to try to remotely fix it in the morning.
