Fields of Gold

Came across this beautiful field of oilseed rape near Shotley Bridge as I drove back from work this afternoon. Turned into another gloriously warm and sunny day.

This evening Hubby and I had our first night out together - just the two of us - for over a year. We went to Hexham Forum cinema to see Before Midnight and it was just as wonderful a movie as the first two in the series. It was only slightly marred by two middle aged ladies who chatted very loudly at various times in the film and needed shushed. And then they got up and walked out - still chatting - about half way through. Ridiculous! Bring back ushers...
