I've had the delights of trying to buy tyres for our car - failed miserably
Getting a GP appointment - spectacular success - online system at ~2:30,  appointment at 5:10.   BP follow up to come ...

Rachel says every time she asks a retired engineer for a week's worth of blood pressure readings they arrive on a spreadsheet with conditional formatting. I shall do my best not to disappoint :-)
