CRICKET GROUND

Felt very weary again this morning.  I did my two osteoporosis injections on Saturday and it seems as if I'm always rather tired for a few days afterwards. So I had just rested and relaxed and mostly watched TV.  I needed to book some taxis so I did that. Tried using the app at first.  It was useless so I used the old fashioned method of phoning the taxi office.  A much better option as I spoke to a nice lady who sorted out my bookings and confirmed them using Whatsapp. ( She agreed with me that the app was " not fit for purpose ".)

Around 4.30pm I made the effort to go down to the village.  I needed food shopping and to pick up a couple of parcels from Tesco.  The weather was quite nice - dry and warm.

My route to and from the village takes me past the cricket club but usually the gate is closed ... today it was open.  Not sure if there was a match this evening or a training session.  I took the opportunity to get a shot - a partial view of the cricket ground for Mono Monday.  The theme is " partial ".  Thanks to JacZero for hosting.
