Poetic

The bestest friend shared a poem with me on Friday evening by Salena Godden. It was written for the turn of 2020 into 2021 but definitely resonates with a change in government too. An order for one or two other  random things and this collection fell into my basket and arrived today. It will definitely provide material for my classroom next year. 

Our enrichment fortnight started with three lessons with Year 7 this morning and then a team meeting this afternoon which continued after buses had left. We got a few things sorted and opened up a list of lots of other things which I suspect will be the mode for the remainder of this term. Hopefully there will be some time along the way to tackle the list.
