It's all about the timing...

We arranged to swim at Millereground this afternoon.  The rain poured down but we still said we'd go, then the clouds lifted and we had a lovely swim in warmish water - shame about the cold wind whistling around the boathouse though.  This is the walk back over Queen Adelaide's Hill to the car park.
Late evening we were at the Hoathwaite campsite on the side of Coniston, admiring the last of the day's sun (see extra).
