BEEN HERE BEFORE

4th time actually....struggling with a refurbishnent since our last visit. All lovelly, but room has absolutely NO....NO....storage. you can hang a few items up....but no shelves......no table/desk......no bedside tables - just a small round table.....bog door doesn't shut never mind lock.....have complained 3 times since arriving at 3pm....we have to wait to speak to a Manager tomorrow....only hotel I have ever stayed in when there is no Duty manager available from 3pm to 8am next day. This has soured the beginning of our stay as we have been here on 3 previous occasions and have in the past recommended it to other people. Not any more.
