Cow jam

Monday is work day. This afternoon I was working in the main house (which I haven't been in to for several weeks) and while I was waiting to clean on of the bathrooms one of the service users came down the corridor in her wheelchair. She is quite disabled, has limited vocabulary and uses a lot of signing. When she saw me her face lit up and she held her left arm out indicating she wanted a cuddle, she then took her glasses off and handed them to my colleague as she pulled me in for the tightest cuddle I have had for a long time. I honestly don't know why I mean so much to her, but it made me feel special and it certainly made the afternoon much brighter.
Before leaving for home another service user informed me the A30 west bound to Bodmin was at a standstill. I checked out on Google, it was. I took the slightly longer journey home over the moor which was going well until Delphi Bridge and a farmer was moving some cattle onto another bit of the moor.
Home safe and sound with the dogs, still warm in my heart
