Flower crab spider

Blip is a crab spider spotted by R on our walk this afternoon. According to Google it has long front legs like a crab and can run sideways. This is probably a female as they are chameleons. They don't weave webs but lay I wait on flowers for their prey. This one certainly wasn't very well camouflaged!
Gym and yoga this morning. Our walk a lovely rural circuit incl 2 little churches :Alfriston, Alciston and Berwick.
Just off to pilates....
