Aljustrel

Very, very hot journey from campsite at Caceres.  The site there had a wonderful pool and shady places to sit.  We drove to the next site in Alentejo but eventually left as it was far too hot with little shade.  It seemed like a good idea to spend the night in a hotel with luxurious air conditioning where we could follow election night.  This is the view from Rachel’s room. However after a shower and some wine we fell asleep too soon to follow the full coverage.  We woke refreshed and very happy with the result.  Next stop Burgau and meet up with the cousins.
