Open day at the allotments

A local allotment site had an open day so I wandered down after the thunderstorm had passed. As well as getting some ideas and buying a few interesting plants, it was interesting to see a reconstructed Anderson Shelter, display of bottle tops found on the site, and (of course) have a cup of tea and some banana cake made using honey from the beehives there.
