Chicken and Mango Thai Coconut and Fiano

Had most of the ingredients for this so after our first church service after arriving back in the US decided to make this accompanied by a lovely white wine from the Napoli region of Italy - never come across the Fiano grape before though I am sure LV will be able to provide more info. Skyped with my 96 yr old dad and otherwise relaxed. Sorry about the poor photo, it was the only one I took!
