like the nearest Cashmaschine in our hood. Maybe it was full of sandwiches Paddington style, gold bars or crisply ironed bank notes wrapped in thin paper bands. 

Had a brief shopping trip partly food and partly luggage perusal. What we liked was too pricey for the amount of abuse it is likely to get on the plane. 
Decided that what we already have is good enough. 

Had a lovely walk around the other river in Berlin. It is hot again.
