Emergency busy day blip

Harking back yet again to last Sundays bimble.

At Bridge 170 I was musing on the guerilla "Pick up your Dog Poo" sign replacing the well worn, officially placed original one behind.

There has clearly been some licence used here resulting in a whiffy looking pyramid, but I think the message has been conveyed well enough by the artist.

Several people strolled past with their doggos, hinting that this popular spot may have become plaqued by certain deposits,  but whilst perched on the lock beam for a short while your Gal didn't spot any 'eyes' or CCTV!

Next time when in the area I will endeavour to snap some boaters passing through the locks, as the method of opening the paddles that let the water in to fill the lock chamber is as far as I'm aware unique to this canal.
