Heron

Out for a walk, between the showers, we headed up the road to Chapel Green. I wasn't wearing the best shoes for rock scrambling but fortunately there were no mishaps for either of us.

As we walked over rocks. and through grass which was full of ragwort, creeping thistles, cow parsley and clover we could see a cormorant on a rock too far away for a photo and then almost directly above us a heron who changed his view point a couple of times from the open sea to a game of golf being played by a party of Koreans.
