Dinner

Before SWMBO went out she told me there was a bit of chcken in the fridge.
She was sure I could do something with it for dinner when she got back.
A small carcass and a breast.
Hmmmmmmm.
I think it will be diced along with the pepper, some celery and some onion, thrown in a pan along with a jar of onion and grlic sauce and dumped on top of some rice.
