Jonquils

Our jonquils start to flower in the middle of winter. These are the erlicheer variety. I did some washing and am now knitting. Had a quick visit from Maddy and her mob to collect her present and our trailer for them to go to the tip with garden rubbish. Bob has cooked dinner (lamb roast) so it looks like a quiet evening.

The Sydney grandchildren were coming up for school holidays but they still have flu symptoms. Postponed visit and some disappointment at both ends.
