Tough challenges provide a rewarding goal.

A spectacular display of thunder and lightning at 11:30 last night followed by an even more spectacular one at 3:30 this morning. Some damage to my awning is going to need repairing when I am in a better position to do it.
Rode to park run and found salvation in helping others to complete their challenges:)
A lovely catch up with my good Christian friend Chris over a warm beverage and a shared lemon and blueberry polenta cake with double cream!
I cycled back to Barnstaple with Chris and then returned steadily to Amadeus via some challenging hills and lanes whilst exploring some churches and enjoying gods creations on the journey. See extra.
A shower and quick lunch before heading off to help with a time trial race near Tavistock.
Everyone returned safely and more cake was enjoyed in a lovely atmosphere of mostly Satisfied athletes.
