Being silly
It was a good thing I got the semi-shady parking space today, as when I left dialysis the car thermometer was reading 89 degrees. Then I came home, turned on the air conditioners, and rested. It's really lovely having the AC in the workroom as I can spend nearly all my time there.
I was thinking that there's nothing silly about a day with temperatures that high when I spotted Sylvie rolling around on the carpet, going from side to side, and knew I had my blip.
No Twinsday tomorrow, as Manda and Andrew are away, so Sylvie and I will just stay in the workroom all day and beat the heat. I feel so lucky to have the air conditioner and so grateful to Doug for setting it up for me.
I hope all of you find ways to stay cool and hydrated.
