And another day

Another long day, Couldn't sleep, which was lucky as ended up dealing with some long distance technical issues before falling asleep and waking at 7 to some car park queries. #2 son was waiting at the airport longer than he'd estimated. Do I hear 'I told you so'?

After they arrived I resolved the nighttime issue, I think, and spent far too much time updating a listing before taking them down to the Manor. They went off on a #24 for the day and I went to Straiton for fuel for me and the car. It was, as it is every day, cold, 13 deg but the forecast rain didn't appear till much later. 

Going out didn't appeal so I did more Fringe, Book Festival research and ended up spending more money on tickets. That's it though. 

I didn't stray to the yoga mat but did watch the end of England v Switzerland and the more French drama. The wanderers returned with bus rage tales just as I was going to bed. 

Our new PM is getting good reviews on day 1. He'd clearly been doing a lot of forward planning.
